- To ensure high-quality education for all students, with funding that cannot be taken by the State,
shall Lammersville Joint Unified School District provide classrooms/facilities for science,
technology, engineering and math to prepare students for college and careers; Mountain House
High School's career technical educational facilities/library; and provide high-speed wireless
networks to support instructional technology; by issuing $56,000,000 in bonds, at legal interest
rates, with independent citizens' oversight, annual audits, no money for administrators, and all
funds staying local?
