  • Increase involvement of members of the community, developers, and both mayors/city councils in formulating a strategic plan
  • Results oriented - District needs to become more proactive and less reactive
  • Don't let perfection get in the way of excellence - make goals achievable
  • Increase role of parent/guardian as an active participant in educating their children - grades will improve and quality of education for all will increase
