PROFFESIONAL CAREER:
- Appointed in 2006 to the Hamilton County Municipal Court, District 6 (District 6 voter base includes Green Township, Colerain Township and Cheviot, but hears cases from all of Hamilton County)
- Successfully prosecuted hundreds of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile criminal cases as an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor under Joseph T. Deters
- Successfully removed sex offenders from school zones, including the first successful litigated prosecution of the '1000 foot rule' in the State of Ohio
- Prosecuted sex offenders who did not register their address with the Sheriff
- Fought for the sex abuse victims left behind by the statute of limitations by drafting the first civil registry complaint in the State of Ohio
- Diligently presided over hundreds of criminal, child support, and custody cases as a Juvenile Court magistrate under Judges Sylvia Sieve Hendon, Thomas R. Lipps, and Karla Grady
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
- Referee for grade school and high school football games as a member of the Ohio Valley Officials Association
