EXPERIENCE

• Retired Fire Marshal/Building Safety Manager - Over 28 years of proven leadership and experience with the Fountain Valley Fire Department. I served as a firefighter/paramedic, Captain, and Battalion Chief. I gained a thorough understanding and knowledge of the community, City operations, the budget process, emergency response and disaster preparedness management, and promoting customer service relations.
