Eight years ago, you elected TIMOTHY SHELL to represent you at Vallecitos Water District. Since then, I have worked hard to earn your trust. To continue to serve you, I need your vote of confidence.

Education: I was raised in the Escondido area, attending local schools. I earned a Civil Engineering degree from San Diego State and a Government Management MBA from Cal State San Marcos. As a member of the Vallecitos Board of Directors, I worked hard to ensure that the District efficiently manages money you pay monthly.

Experience: I first worked for a private engineering firm, designing projects for water districts. I then managed projects at San Diego County Water Authority, where Vallecitos buys its water. I now manage engineering projects for the City of Vista, coordinating with other agencies like water districts and San Marcos. I understand District operations, and comprehend technical issues, which helps me make decisions in your best interest. On the Vallecitos Board, I worked hard to improve communication with you.

As a husband and father of two children, my family is important to me. They support me continuing on the Water Board, so I ask for your continued support!
