I am currently a partner in the firm Gibbons, Gibbons & Gibbons. My partners are my father, Joseph T. Gibbons, Jr., and sister, Danielle Gibbons. My practice focuses mostly in representing individuals charged with crimes in both state and federal court. I also represent individuals before administrative agencies. Additionally, I assist families with children that have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I am admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court, Central and Eastern Districts.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles County. I have been married for 10 years to my beautiful wife Raquel and we have 2 wonderful sons ages 6 and 8. I am a graduate of Servite High School in Anaheim, California. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school, I was an intern with the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
